Menu
There are so many scrummy flavours I enjoy making. My menu is quite a fluid kinda thing. I’ve made everything from Vanilla to Chocolate, from Tonka Bean to Passion Fruit. But, saying all that, here are a few I recommend, and some classics that are really popular.
Some Special Scrummy Flavours

Black Cocoa Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Buttercream
Delicious Rich Chocolate cake made with melted dark chocolate and added Black Cocoa for extra chocolateyness and an amazing dark colour. Teamed with a fresh whipped raspberry buttercream.
Lemon and Basil
Moist Lemon Cake made with freshly juiced and zested lemon and infused with fresh basil. Accompanied with a whipped fresh basil buttercream.
Perfect for a summer celebration

AAA – Almond, Apricot and Anise
Now I’m not a fan of any of those ingredients, but I LOVE this cake.
A moist almond cake, with apricots that a have been soaked in an anise syrup dotted throughout. Filled with a delicious whipped anise buttercream.
It really is a flavour sensation!
Vanilla Chai Cake
One of my personal favourites, my Vanilla Chai cake is made with milk infused with Vanilla Chai teabags, and made with an added cinnamon kick.
It’s filled with delicious whipped Vanilla Chai buttercream for a rounded flavour!

Roasted Strawberry and Balsamic
Balsamic in a cake…crazy!! But I promise you this works!!
First the strawberries are roasted for the most intense flavour, they are then baked into the cake. This cake isn’t particularly light and fluffy, but it is moist and tasty.
The Balsamic is then added to lightly whipped buttercream for a great summer taste.
Classic Scrummy Flavours
Classic Vanilla Bean
You can’t beat a classic victoria sandwich, made with light fluffy vanilla bean sponge, whipped vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.
zesty lemon
Made with the juice and zest of fresh lemons, my zingy Lemon sponge is soft and juicy and can be teamed with with whipped lemon buttercream and scrummy lemon curd, or fruity raspberry jam.
Rich chocolate
My chocolate cake is made with melted dark chocolate and brown sugar for a squidgy, chocolately cake. Can be teamed with so many different buttercreams such as, classic chocolate, white chocolate, peanut butter or salted caramel.
Coffee and Walnut
This classic flavour is always a hit. Made with freshly brewed coffee and crunchy walnuts, it great with a drizzle of coffee syrup and whipped coffee buttercream
There really are so many scrummy flavours out there, if you’re favourite isn’t listed, just ask and I’ll have a great time testing it out for you.
